WorkforceIQ is an analytics platform designed to help organizations explore workforce trends using data processing, predictive modeling, and interactive dashboards.

How we built it

We built data processing workflows to prepare workforce data for machine learning, then developed and tuned predictive models and evaluated their performance.

Model-explanation techniques make each prediction easier to interpret, interactive dashboards present the results, and a relational database supports structured data access.

The data pipeline was designed to handle larger datasets.
